Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be requested for purchases made through U.S. Nursing Review Center. By completing a purchase or enrollment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Digital Books and Online Courses

Digital review books, online courses, question banks, and any other download-or-stream products are made available immediately after payment. Because these products are delivered electronically and access cannot be revoked once consumed, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after the buyer has unlocked, opened, viewed, or downloaded the materials.

If a purchase has been made but the digital file has not yet been opened or downloaded, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our team with your order number.

Live Review Programs

For scheduled live review programs, cancellation requests received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund (less any non-refundable third-party fees, such as payment-processor charges). Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before start date may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit toward a future cohort, at our discretion and based on seat availability.

Licensure Services

Licensure assistance (e.g., NCLEX application, CGFNS / VisaScreen, endorsement guidance) involves third-party government and agency fees that are remitted on your behalf. Third-party fees are non-refundable once paid to the receiving agency. Our service fee may be partially refundable if work has not yet commenced; contact us before paying any third-party fees if you have questions about scope.

Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate order, wrong amount, failed delivery), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and reverse the transaction if confirmed.

How to Request a Refund

Email usnursingela@gmail.com with your full name, order number or transaction date, and the reason for the request. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy as our programs and payment processors change. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.
