These terms apply to use of the U.S. Nursing Review Center website, public catalog, inquiry forms, student portal, LMS content, and related services.

Educational Use

Course materials, quizzes, resources, and sample questions are provided for educational review and exam preparation. They do not guarantee exam eligibility, exam results, licensure approval, employment, immigration approval, or credentialing outcomes.

Accounts and Access

Student portal access is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login information private and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Catalog, Pricing, and Availability

Public catalog information may change. Some products or services may be inquiry-only, branch-specific, or unavailable until confirmed by our team. If online checkout is unavailable, submitting an inquiry does not create enrollment or purchase by itself.

Books, Services, and Refunds

Books are protected digital products delivered as view-only PDFs inside the student portal. There is no shipping, no physical inventory, and no download option — once your order is confirmed, the book is available immediately in your portal. Service fees, taxes, payment methods, cancellations, and refund rules must be confirmed by the business owner before relying on them. Contact our team for the current policy before placing an order or requesting paid assistance.

Intellectual Property

Website content, course structure, LMS resources, quizzes, and study materials are for personal educational use unless we give written permission otherwise. Do not copy, distribute, resell, scrape, or publish private course materials.

Course Materials — Protected Digital Access

Books, lecture notes, practice questions, slides, audio, video, and every other digital resource hosted in the U.S. Nursing Review Center student portal are download-restricted, view-only, watermarked, and access-controlled. They are licensed to the individual student account that purchased or was enrolled in the relevant course, and are made available exclusively through the in-portal viewer. We do not provide downloads, file exports, or offline copies under any circumstance.

Each page rendered to a student is personally watermarked with that student's email address and a session identifier. If a watermarked copy of any course material is shared, posted, sold, redistributed, or otherwise found outside the portal, the watermark will identify the account responsible for the leak. We treat the leaked watermark as definitive proof of the source.

By accessing course materials you agree:

• Not to download, copy, screenshot, screen-record, photograph, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the materials by any means.
• Not to share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Not to redistribute, resell, or publish any portion of the materials.

Violation is grounds for immediate account termination without refund, a permanent ban from re-enrollment, and may be referred for civil and/or criminal action.
