Overview
US Nursing Review Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, enrollment forms, and student portal, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
Last updated: April 25, 2026.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, branch of interest).
- Enrollment details including program selection and any message you send us.
- Student portal account data (email, hashed password, course progress, quiz attempts).
- Order details when you buy from our shop: items ordered, shipping address, phone, email, and an order reference we generate.
- Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) used for security and rate limiting.
- Cookies strictly necessary for site function (session id, CSRF token). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Payment Information
Payments for shop orders are processed by Stripe, Inc. on Stripe-hosted pages. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank account number. What we receive from Stripe after a successful charge is limited to:
- A Stripe session or payment-intent reference (used to look up your order).
- The amount charged, currency, and tax / shipping breakdown.
- Your billing name and email as you entered them on Stripe's page.
- The shipping address you provided, if the order requires shipping.
Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. If a refund is issued, Stripe processes it and we store only the refund reference and amount.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and enroll students in programs.
- To fulfill and ship shop orders, process payments via Stripe, and issue refunds when applicable.
- To deliver course materials, schedules, and progress reports through the student portal.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, enrollment receipts).
- To protect against abuse of our forms (rate limiting, fraud detection, audit logs).
Communications — Email, SMS, and Voice
We use the contact details you provide for two purposes:
- Transactional contact — enrollment confirmations, course schedule changes, payment receipts, password resets, and other messages directly tied to your account or order. We may send these by email or SMS, and we may call you to confirm enrollment details. By submitting your phone number to us, you consent to receive these transactional messages at that number.
- Promotional contact — occasional updates about new programs or scheduling. Promotional emails are only sent if you have opted in to our newsletter (and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email). We do not currently send promotional SMS or make promotional voice calls; if that changes, we will collect separate, explicit consent before doing so, in line with applicable U.S. and Philippines telemarketing rules.
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages. If you ever want to stop receiving any communication from us, contact us via the contact page. For SMS, you may also reply STOP to opt out of further texts from that number.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and only as needed to perform those services. These currently include:
- Stripe — payment processing and, where applicable, sales-tax calculation via Stripe Tax.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) — name, address, and phone to deliver your order.
- Email delivery provider — transactional emails only.
- Hostinger International Ltd. — operates the servers that host our website, student portal, and stored data.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the contact page.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Specifically:
- Inquiry submissions that did not lead to enrollment: retained for two (2) years from the date of submission, then deleted.
- Active student accounts and course progress: retained for the duration of your enrollment and for two (2) years after your last login or last course activity, after which we delete or anonymize the records.
- Order and payment records: retained for seven (7) years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting recordkeeping rules. Order records retained beyond an account deletion are anonymized so the underlying purchase data is preserved without identifying you.
- Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not accidentally re-add you.
- Internal audit and security logs: retained for two (2) years for investigation and abuse-prevention purposes.
You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us — see “Your Rights” above. We will honor the request unless we are required by law to keep specific records (for example, paid order records inside the seven-year tax retention window).

As a result, your personal information may be processed outside the Philippines, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on Hostinger’s contractual safeguards and on the lawful basis of your consent (when you submit a form) and contract performance (when you enroll or place an order) to make this transfer.
