Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and to the specific program requirements described on that program's page. Fees, schedules, and curriculum may change; we will communicate material changes to enrolled students.
Shipping rates, transit times, destinations, and carrier information are described on our Shipping Policy page, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country.
The circumstances under which a physical item may be returned, the 14-day return window, and the list of non-returnable items (including digital products and opened course access codes) are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your shipping address and on our tax-nexus status in each state. Tax shown at checkout is the amount charged and remitted.
We aim to describe each product accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, images, or other content are error-free. Colors of physical books may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Review books, online courses, and bundle programs are educational materials — they are not medical advice, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are not a guarantee of any specific exam result. See the “No Warranty of Exam Outcome” section below.
While our programs are built around proven methods and report strong pass rates, no review course can guarantee an individual exam result. The NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN are administered independently and outcomes depend on the candidate’s own preparation and performance on exam day.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Nursing Review Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our programs.
