Physical books ship from our fulfillment location in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. Online course access, live review enrollments, bundle program credentials, and inquiry-based services are delivered electronically by email and do not use a shipping carrier.

Rates shown are USD and include standard packaging and tracking. Heavier, oversized, or combined orders may quote a different rate at checkout — in that case the Stripe checkout page shows the exact shipping charge before you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email once the carrier picks up the package.
Every order ships with tracking. The tracking number is emailed to you when the label is created. If tracking does not update for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll open a lost-package investigation with the carrier.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs delays are outside our control and do not extend our transit estimate.
Philippines-based customers: for bulkier orders (books in quantity), we recommend combining shipments or coordinating with our Makati City branch — please email us first for a custom quote.
For U.S. shipments, applicable state sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout by Stripe Tax based on the shipping address. The tax amount is shown on your receipt and remitted to the appropriate state.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment — the customer pays the second shipment cost.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the outer packaging and the items before unboxing further, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, first check with neighbors and your local post office — then let us know and we'll escalate with the carrier.
Digital goods (course access codes, downloadable PDFs, recorded lectures) are emailed immediately after payment clears. No physical shipment is made. Delivery of digital products is not counted toward any free-shipping threshold.
