Overview
US Nursing Review Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) wants every order to land well. This page explains when you can return something, when you can't, and how to start a return. If you have a problem that isn't covered here, please contact us — we'd rather talk it through than leave you stuck.

Return Windows at a Glance
- Physical books: 14 days from delivery, unused and in resalable condition.
- Online courses & digital course materials: final sale once access has been granted — see “Non-Returnable Items” below.
- Live review course enrollments: refundable only per the course-specific cancellation terms communicated at enrollment.
- Bundle programs: follow the rules of the underlying components (book portions returnable per the books rule above; course/access portions follow the digital-courses rule).
- Inquiry-based services (review consultations, custom programs): handled case-by-case under the engagement terms quoted at sign-off.
How to Start a Return
- Email us through the contact page with your order number (for example,
USN-20260423-A1B2) and a photo or short description of what's wrong.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return shipping label or drop-off address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving that reply. Keep your tracking number — we can't issue a refund on items we never receive.
- Once the return arrives and we've inspected it, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we pay return shipping and refund the full order (item + original shipping).
- Change of mind or wrong item ordered: you pay return shipping, and we refund the item price (original shipping is non-refundable).
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility even when we supply the label unless the reason is a defect, damage, or fulfillment error on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (downloadable PDFs, practice question banks, video modules) and any course access whose login credentials or activation link have been issued or used.
- Books with writing, highlighting, torn pages, water damage, or missing pages.
- Items returned outside the 14-day window, unless the law in your jurisdiction requires a longer period — in which case the statutory minimum applies.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Stripe-processed payments, the refund typically appears on your card statement within 5–10 business days after we process it. Bank transfer and Zelle refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
International Orders
For shipments outside the United States, customs duties and taxes paid at import are not refundable by us — you'll need to reclaim those from your local customs authority if eligible. Return shipping on international orders is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Digital Course Access & Live Reviews
Online and live review courses are governed by the cancellation terms sent with your enrollment confirmation. In general, once course access credentials have been issued or the first live session has begun, the enrollment is non-refundable. Withdrawals before access is granted may receive a refund less any processing fees.
